Report "Installed several GE smart digital timers around the house: for lights over garage, front door, court yard. They are model 15086. The units work in timer mode as desired. I would think that when it is switched OUT of timer mode that is would work manually. Lights cannot be turned on manually unless the unit is set to timer mode. Has anyone experienced this ? I would a manual mode for them to stay on until i turn them back off (also manual). Is there a different company or model someone can recomend for this usage?"
