Installed the black imaging unit in konica bizhub c350 but it shows install the imaging unit correctly and close door???? why and if i take out and install the old one the message dissappears and put in new one same message comes again

Possible a bad image unit. you can try swapping the connector on the bottom of unit to see if it works.
