The main cable into the house is connected to a two way splitter. From the two way splitter, one line goes to our internet modem and the other line goes to the input connection on the 48210-VA amplifier and a line goes from the output connection to the input of a six way 1000 mhz Leviton splitter. The amplifier is plugged in bit the cable TV will not work. I tired turning the fm switch on and off with adjusting the gain control but nothing. Cable works fine if I bypass the amplifier.
