Lots of variables there .... first place to look is the power supply... not only check to see if there is actual power from it... but make sure it is the right one for the board. Other things to check are the merely obvious but often overlooked. did you flip the switch on the back of the power supply and press the power button... nothing ? ok flip the switch the other way and try it. confirm that all power connections are correct.. including the small connectors for power and reset
