intel atom inside, it always said cant find directx.. why? in case.. i allready download directx 9.0c and install it but it doesnt work

What it means is the "Hardware DirectX" your hardware, the Video Card is NOT DirectX 10. This is the level of hardware required to play a game such as that, that PC's, Video is not compatible with it.
