I have made sure that all cables are connected correctly. and then when I get to step 2 to configure the router , the web user interface will not come up. when I called us robotics to ask for assistance they said they could not help me since it is out of warranty. whenever I type in the address 192.168.2.1 , a page comes up saying I am working offline,. it will not open the interface wizard. I have tried to reset the router and still the same problem.
