Intermatic k4321 light only goes off a couple of hours a day. I have cleaned sensor and tapped on it. 2:30pm and lights still on. sensor points north and in shade most of day

Buy another sensor.
Photo eyes are vulnerable to nearby lightning, or simple power outage... and some just go bad.
