Intermittent Crackling noise in the right headphone
Hello
I have had my headphones for nearly a year now and am extremely pleased with them. However, I have started to sometimes, get a crackling noise in the right headphone. When either I take out the battery and replace it, it seems to stop it although not always. Or if I gently move the headphones from side to side close to hear, I can hear the crackling and then eventually it stops. Could something have become dislodged inside?
Many thanks for your help in advance.
Kind regards
Rachel

Hello Rachel, I use my QC3 for 2.5 years Mon-Fri for 3 hours a day. I have the same problem when battery is weak and/or it is cold outside. The cracking nose stops for me if battery fully charged. This is known problem andBose put it in the manual.

I have the same issue with my QC3 headphones. but I dont think its low battery as I still get it even with a fully charged one. Does anyone know how to fix this? I'm out of warrantee so Bose wont repair mine. any advice? thanks!
