Vibration and heat has caused the cpu on the dash cluster to become slightly detached from the PCB. If you are confident with a soldering iron, it will be the processor at the top (looking at the pcb from the side where you can see 3 processors) gently, with a fine-point soldering iron and a magnifying glass, melt the solder at the foot of each leg of the processor. Take your time and use a steady hand. I have done this on 3 V70's now and it works - sometimes only for a week usually after the second go it's all sorted. So, have a go, alternatively...
