Intermittent problem no sound
6x8 kenwood 3 way speaker,2003 mustang gt convt.mach factory sound system; replace factory speakers with this kenwood, they play some and then stop, then start again,then stop it happens more with certains songs and at higher volume,already check terminals for lose wire, after all I just weld everything but still the same. could the wires be conected in the wrong side?

Double and triple check your connections. I soldered my connections on a speaker a little while ago and I found out that it only looked soldered and it was alittle loose and would cut out. Also you could check a site out, installdr.com. You should be able to find out the wire colors for you speakers there. Although I don't think that, that will cause a big problem. If you are listening to music at loud volumes, I would also recomend an aftermarket amplifier. It adds so much more that a factory amp can. Just food for thought. Good luck.
