Internet Connection issue
I have been having trouble with my laptop (Toshiba Satellite A205-S5812), the past 4 days I have not been able to connect to the internet and we have wireless internet through comcast so we have a router hooked up to my parents computer... And I haven't had any problems connecting to the internet until now.
I get 2 different error messages when I try to 'diagnose and repair' the
connection.
The first one: Windows confirmed that "Primary DNS Server" is currently online but not responding to connection attempts at this time. -> the following policy might need to be adjusted to allow windows to connect:
policy provider: -
Filter name: SymNetDrv Firewall Filter OUTBOUND_TRANSPORT_V6
And the other message I get is: there is a problem with one or more network adapters.
-Microsoft ISATAP adapter #6
This device is not working properly because windows cannot load the drivers required for this device. (Code 31).
And I get that same message for network adapter-
Microsoft 6to4 Adapter #9
So I have no idea what any of this means... I have already called comcast to see if there was a problem with the router so they reset it and I am still unable to get an internet connection. I do not know what I should do now.... I would appreciate any help... Thanks!

DNS Server not Responding Windows 10 happens once your system is connected to the LAN. Also, you can face the error when connected to the Wifi. Now, let us discuss the reasons behind the error. The issue can prevent you from using the internet. You will not be able to browse websites and other contents over the internet.
There can be several reasons for the error to occur. Your Internet Service Provider can also create the issue. Any mis-configuration of your system, router and modem can also lead to the issue. Sometimes, your firewall or antivirus can also create such problems. And by the way, it is not among the easiest tasks to resolve this issue.
Looking up at the difficulty itself and after many tries and running many tests, I've found three strategies to counter the error. Please follow every troubleshooting step so you'll be able to effectively resolve your involved issue.
Step 1: Correct The DNS Server Address
Step 2: Reset Your IP And Clear DNS Cache
Step 3: Update Your Network Adapter Drivers
Step 4: Reset Your Router
Hopefully, you will be able to fix the bug on your own with the help of the above methods.
You can try a couple of things, on the back of the router is a small reset button, you will need a pen or pencil to push this button, hold it in for 10 sec. or so, until the router resets, and try to connect then, or unplug router, leave off for 10-15 sec. plug back in and wait fir it to reset this way, or a more involved way is to go to your DOS or command prompt window, type in this as follows
ipconfig /release
(wait a few seconds for this to do its thing)
ipconfig /renew
(if this doesnt work ask your parents if they put a block on the router)
have you done any windows updates before this started
