Internet connection-Linksys Wireless B
I moved my computer set-up for a few days. When I set it up again I lost the wireless internet connection to the broadband router on my main computer. Can disconnecting it cause a problem? How do I troubleshoot this issue?
Thanks, Bill

Try to reset computer by unplugging for 1 hours and put it back after 1hour. If the reset did not work try using an usb powered hub in the middle, this sometimes fix the problem.
If the HDD still does not work after the above then it is probably faulty.
Here you can buy an USB hub: Linksys ProConnect USB2HUB4 4 Port Wired USB Hub
Did you move the router out of range of the computer? It sounds like you put it back where it was but I just thought I'd ask.
Otherwise, use your wired connection to check the router settings. It is possible that the wireless settings defaulted due to the disconnection. You can either set the router to match your wireless computer if you can remember, or just set up a fresh wireless connection between the two.
