Inverter Board VIZIO VX42L 10A LCD TV - only 17 months old Zohail .. or anyone ... Picture abruptly disappeared. Tried again later and it reappeared but lasted a short time before disappearing again. Occasionally back on but blinks and then gone again. Diagnosed to be bad inverter board. BUT which one ? Master Left or Slave Right ? And does Left and Right pertain to looking at the TV from the front .. or from behind.Is it east to replace ? LARRY

Disconnect the slave. If the set operates replace it. If not the main is bad.

This would req some tools to find out witch one there is no way without visual expection for me to tell remmeber this is internet I cannot just pop out o f your computer and test this Tv you need a probe to test and see witch one has gone bad. If all else fails take it in for service shoot I would not be playing with this thang not knowing witch part has gone bad,
