IP3300 doesnt recognise the inkcartridges-service error 6502
After i installed a new (black) inkcartridge in IP3300 canon printer, it does not want to print anymore.
Message is displayed: "some of the inkcartridges can not be displayed - service error 6502"
the green power button is flashing and alternating with the orange button flahing( the only other button on the printer).
First i thought it was because of the inkcartridge, but another new one did not fix the problem.

Could you please confirm that all the stick stuff is off the chip on the cartridge, and check the pins on the printer side were the cartridge fits is clean.
