IPod won't play unless you push and hold it down into the cradle stops as soon as you let go
If I put the iPod in the cradle, secure the latch and close the door it won't play...the iPod plays but there is no sound coming out. If I open the door and push down on the iPod from the top onto the adaptor inside the cradle... I plays perfectly. How do I get the iPod to have a tight fit onto the adaptor? I've tightened the latch in the back that causes the iPod to move forward and be snug. The pressure has to come from on TOP not behind in order for it to work.
