I tried the reset button on my iRiver H320 and it did charge (overnight) looked at this morning said still charging (but the charging box is completely blank). Unplugged it (no power to it) and it said still charging. Tried the reset button again to try to re-charge it and it is now completely dead. Tried plugging it in to the PC to charge it that way, but it's still dead. Seems to me that it could be the battery - but how do you get to the battery - has anyone had this problem before - or does anyone know how to get the cover off so that I can buy a new battery for this? I've got an iriver t20 1/2 gig and suddenly it's dead won't recharge,not seen by my pc in the usb... it's only a year and a few onths old, hard to believe the batteries gone However there was a long period it was out of use, but for the past two weeks since I started using it again it was fine
