Kristin, I have the same exact problem, ordered two of them from the same place (nomorerack.com) and they won't charge! I just finally sent an email because I couldn't get a customer service person on the phone after 30 minutes! Did they send you a new one and does it work? Reneepeter: They did replace it free of charge. My daughter tells me that it does work now, although she no longer uses it primarily. I still won't purchase anything from nomorerack again though-it was this company who knowingly advertised this product but did not want to take the responsibility for it not working. Understandably, it was down to the manufacturer and their inability to produce a working product, but nomorerack simply did not step up to the plate on this one at all, in my opinion.
