Report "Iron is less than one year old. This morning when plugged in and set to high (red light on) after it heated up it started making crackling noises and smoke (not steam) was coming out of it. It was burning up inside. One of the stickers on the side melted off. When I plugged it back in ten hours later it would not come on"
