Why will it not go any further than the allwinner screen i have turned it off and back on and that is all that it will do just received it in the mail today. thanks norman

Charge it for at least 12 hours first.
This was not helpful, I didn't get a place to ask my question. The screen on the tablet is white with color lines on three fourth of the screen. How do you correct this.
