Is it possible to remove features from a tablet?
Hey there,
Today I got a brand new drawing tablet (Wacom Bamboo Fun Pen & Touch) which is awesome in many many ways, but I'm HATING a particular feature about it.
When you press onto the tablet with the pen and don't move the pen, it will draw a small circle around the cursor after a second or two on the screen, and when you release, it produces a right-click menu.
Useful for some, but it's proving a real pain for my drawing. I like to draw onto Photoshop with frequent, gentle strokes, but each time my pen touches the tablet the cursor sticks for a moment until it realises the pen has moved, and catches up with it, so it gives the impression that the program is laggy. I'd prefer a more fluid motion, instead of the cursor sticking every single time it touches the tablet. Is there a way to make it so the tablet can just glide smoothly like my old one?
Thanks. Let me know if you need more clarification.

I have the bamboo fun pen also. I am currently running Windows Vista 64bit home and have the same problem. I fixed mine by going into the control options > Tablet PC Settings > Other > Go to Pen and Input Devices > Settings (Under Pen Options) Then I clicked at the top Where it states "Enable press and hold for Right-clicking". I disabled that and my pen works with no holding for the right click. I can make scratch marks all day! Hope this helps you too.
