Is it still safe to use the car when the tcs and abs warning lights is on?wht is the main purpose of these two?does it makes any damage in the brake system?what is the temporary solutions on these?tried already to diconnect the battery but lights still on,

NOPE GET IT FIX QUICK. YOUR TCS OR TRACTION CONTROL SYSTEM AND ABS IS USED TO CONTROL FRONT WHEELS IT AUTOMATICALLY ADJUST FRONT WHEEL SPEED WHEN STARTING OR ACCELERATING ON SLIPPERY SURFACES.IF KEEP DRIVING COULD DAMAGE SYSTEM.SEE ABS SYSTEM ALSO PART OF BRAKING SYSTEM.BEST TO GET FIX.YOU WILL NEED YOUR BRAKES IN THE LONG RUN.

The TCS is traction control system and the ABS is anti-lock brake system, best guess is that you have a bad wheel speed sensor, you can drive it but if you get in a spot were you need either system like ice or snow as long as the lights are on the systems will not work, but it will not hurt anything the car just wont be as good as it could be on slick pavement.
