Hi i found this LCD Insignia 6MF0120110 tv in the dumpster and want to fix it. The TV turns on but only has a blank black screen and no sound, os i poened it and saw two boards one green board i asume its the main board and another beige looking board which i asume is the powersupply board there is no t con board on this tv i think...So i made a few tests thanks to youtube and when tv is opened i saw alot of white light dots shine so i'm guessing the problem is not the supply board but the main board, tell me if i'm right or there might be another problem or what tests should i do to be sure what the problem is.
