Is my pc fixable?
I live in the UK and bought a pc(hp media pavilion center)in Canada.I plugged the pc in and due to the fact that there we have a different voltage caused the Tower to smoke.
I originally assumed it might be a fuse problem.But i consequently have found out that there is only a fuse in the power supply.
My question is:Is my tower now toast and do i need to replace the whole thing or is there some way of fixing it?

The might be so that you toasted the whole pc, but i think you toasted the PSU. If you have another psu you can try to change it and see if the pc starts, or if you can borrow one from a friend. If it dosent starts then your motherboard is toasted to.
But i bellive that its only the psu.
