He paid for 5gb and was told when your gb is used up for the month, you will still have 3gb of data. The only difference is it will be slower to upload. So, when he tried to use his 3gb, nothing happened. His reading on his phone said, no network connection!? If you use up your 5gb, how can you still have 3 left? I'm missing something!
