So recently, I had a problem with the brush not turning when on carpet. I found that the idler/tension arm had a crack on the wheel. I replaced the part and now have another question. Is the brush supposed to turn even when the handle is upright? It seems like it's trying to turn and that the belt is slipping (since the tensioner is not applied). Is this normal?
