Is the heating element submergable in oil i have just never seen a heating element that is in direct contact with liquid and the paperwork doesnt say. I know that the way its put together it looks like it goes into the oil or water to cook, and u cant put it in water to wash. I just want to make sure before i burn my house down

If a heating element is not immersed in a fluid ,it overheats and burns out if it is designed to be in a fluid ( cooking oil or water as in hot water system) that is where it goes If you are having doubts , you should not be doing the job so get in a professional to fit it
