Under the hood there is a relay center. It'll say Powertrain Control Module on the front - a black box with a lid - on the underside of that cap should be a map of the relays. On most of the 95 models it was relay #47. More than likely a lot hadn't changed in one model year. If you take a look at the map you want to check the relay for the Vehicle Speed Sensor - not Vehicle Speed Control - Control will be for cruise. If you have the relay identified, look around for something non-vital, like a horn for instance or turn signals and you can swap them out if they match. You'll see a few different types of relays usually - and all you have to do is match the numbers to the one you're unsure about. Unplug it. Plug the new one in and give it a test. If you're familiar with a multi-meter I could forward the instructions on bench testing the relay if you need it.
