Baby's R Us is telling us there is a recall on this product. Does anyone know about this?

You probably know this already, but yes, there is a recall for the end caps you use when transforming it to stage 3. One of them can fall off easily and cause a tripping hazard.

The model number, 6231711, and manufactured date can be found on a white sticker on the inside of the upper blue ring.
