Yes they make a kit but it is actually a base kit. The chiminey for the bag is molded from the bottom up to the top. Any pool store should be able to get one for you, or you can go on line with someone like Leslies.com. If you have a pool store they will usually do the work for little or nothing and just charge for parts.
