Is there a way to completely remove the clear coat protective finish for on Stainless Steel appliances?
I has come off in a sizable area & the only way to make it passable is to remove the coating from the rest. Does anyone know how to remove the finish?

Try a small amount of acetone and rub with a piece of scotchbright in the directions of the grain of the stainless.should work.Good Luck
