Issue with Voice Chatting using Lenovo Y430... When I am voice chatting using my Lenovo Y430 laptop, it will be fine for first 1-2 mins and after that I will get lot of noise and voice starts breaking from both the ends... how to get rid of this problem and make my laptop more voice chat friendly?

Restart your system after the installation then check if the static noise disappeared.
