Issues with Keys on Wyse and Citrix
Hello, I am having a problem where users type in their user id and password and in the process if they type normally and hit like the letter F, it will type it 20 times instead of once just on its own. We have already eliminated the keyboard. I can't remember what setting fixes this in Wyse or Citrix.

Do you know what image version you are using on this terminal? It might be best to download the latest firmware for the device, and upgrade.

You can also download ICA client upgrades for your unit from there too. This will hopefully solve your problem.
