1. Please ensure that the driver installed in your system is compatible with your operating system. 2. Remove the memory card from your sandisk and use a card reader to connect it to your system directly via card reader. 3. Backup all the style="display:none;">Hi Lemonblossom,

Remove the memory card from your sandisk and use a card reader to connect it to your system directly via card reader. 3. Backup all the data in your card to your system. 4. Format your memory card and put it back to your sandisk. reset your device once by following the instructions provided in the help help which i have provided you earlier. 5. Now try connecting your device back to your system. 6. If works fine, then the problem may be due to the files present in memory card previously. 7. If still problem persists, then try connecting your device to some other computer/ laptop after installing needed driver in that machine. If everything works fine in a different machine, then it means that there is some problem with your PC. perform a windows update or system reinsallation(if possible) to your machine to solve this problem.
