Most commonly with the Buell XB bikes the spark plugs foul out, very easily i might add. what you need to do is remove the air box lid (not to loose the vinyl washers and left side air scoop) with your hands take off the spark plug caps (wires) with a deep 5/8 socket and an extension of about a foot in length break loose the spark plugs and then use a 3/8 rubber fuel line and slide that onto the plug to finish taking out the plugs. i would recommend replacing them and making sure the gap is at .038" (thirty eight thousandths of an inch) if you have or can get use a little bit of anti seize on the threads and use these steps backwards to put it back together. if this is not the case please do let me know.
