Report "It is 7:09 pm. and our Kalorik coffee maker was just delivered with a scratch on the upper right hand front...the coffee maker is the USK CKM 25282 ,metalic red...We had to wait over a week for this and I want another delivered right away and this one picked up! I'm not happy that this had a scratch on it and I called you right away, but not only is your office closed , your message machine is filled and not taking messages...This is Friday, the 7th of January and I'm not looking forward to another week without a coffee maker...if there is somewhere we can exchange it near Branson, please let us know, and we'll pick it up ourselves...
