There is no error like "Unit unable AP" But there is an error "Init unable AF" and Blinking red "!" light. I think this is your problem.
Error AF means that the scanner unit is malfunctioning. This is a hardware fault and cannot be solved by an end user. The scanner unit have to be replaced. Else, Sometimes these small machines have a lock to hold the scanner in place for shipping.
Check to see if you have one and be sure it is the unlocked position.
If you have one it is usually on the left side or under the scanner portion where the paper comes out. I hope this may solve your problem. Good Luck and have a nice day

When all the lights are flashing together, turn the printer power OFF, wait 5 seconds and then turn the printer power ON again. If the error continues, disconnect the interface cable from the back of the printer and use the following steps to reset the printer: Turn off the printer. Press and hold down the Go button on the front of the printer, at the same time turn the printer power on. When the Toner light is on by itself, release the Go button. Push and hold the Go button again, release the Go button when the Paper light is on by itself. If the above steps does not help, you can use the link given below:
