It is very noisy. The plumber said the barings have gone and I have to buy a new machene, but I only bought it 2004. Can that be? Do you have a better plumber in London NW8? Many thanks. Mrs H. Lee

Why is plumber telling u get new machine-- look for an appliance repair shop and have their tech look at machine- if bearings their are a few of them and replacing certain ones are not that expensive and if bearings have damaged the drum the price of fixing/replacing might be just under the price of new or replacement machine -
