It makes a clicking noise from the rear end. The mechanics said it was the suspension and it was normal now it is getting worse and there is only 325 miles on it. What could it be?

If it has independent suspension then the clicking noise may be a failing cv joint (" U" )in the drive axle
suspension don't click--rattle ,knock squeak yes but not click
