It makes a tik tik sound but a lot of it in about 10 second thens its stops and runs normal but windows now does not pick it up... It did not fall so it cannot be head damage.. I did however leef it on trough the night in my laptop and the laptop died through the night?? can this have broken him maybe??

It's more likely that the drive died in the night and caused the laptop to shutdown.
Have you tried the drive in another laptop/pc?
It may be that just the usb module for the drive has failed, to test, take the HDD out of the storejet case and install it in a desktop pc and see if it works. if it does, then the HDD is ok but you will need a new usb module/HDD case.
