Try resetting the device first you should slide the Power switch up and hold it for approximately 20 seconds. then. release the Power switch once the device is powered down. Turn the device back on.

if your problem is not solved after this then format your device.FORMATTING WILL ERASE ALL YOUR DATA SO ITS ADVICED TO BACK UP YOUR DATA BEFORE FORMATTING From the Main Menu, select More > Settings/Options > System Settings > Format.
