To start you can delete safely any music or video file.

Connect to HotSync and do a backup of the Palm, then do hard reset on Palm.
If the Palm is not detected by Hotsync, then there is an additional problem.

You should first perform a soft reset. you will not loose your target="_blank">here to see how you can delete unused data. like memos.
