It will not start. I used it about 2 weeks ago and it was fine. I did not do anything different in the cleaning or storage of it. I've turned the blades,(while off, of course) they move, but it just doesn't turn on

The bowl interlock switch needs to be operated by proper orientation of the bowl, lid and sleeve. This is a safely feature.
