Really need more info to fix this. Start with the high voltage. if ya got power 240 V then check forlow voltage. at least 24V ac across red and blue on most units at the T-Stat. rheem and carrier are red and brown. if ya got that then theres a break in the circut somewhere. If your unit is equiped with a float shut off switch see if its not triped due to a clogged drain line. most common cause. check my site for more info. arcticacservice.com
