Item not working any longer

Hi,
I own a VT-90 in fairly good aspect, but something happened (may be in the software) and the instructions create weird behaviours, but do not provide the expected result...I wish to have it FIXED, since the product is no longer available from VXI Corp.
Another point, if you know where I still can buy VT-90, even second hand, please tell me.
