The leapreader reading and writing system pen doesn't respond to the book ive connected it to the laptop when I click on the download audio companion it doesn't do anything. Ive charged it until the green light came on and the battery icon indicated fully charged, but when I unplug it and plug it back in the battery icon shows its only half charged I don't know whats wrong with it. every time its connected to the laptop and I turn the leapreader pen on it keeps turning itself off.
