It's corrupted, because of this my computer is barely running, blue dotted lines all over, can barely read emails, my monitor goes black then back to normal, blue dots all over screen, need I say more, can I download another one to fix this problem? I am running Windows xp and my computer is old2003

First I would shut down the pc and make sure the adapter is seated properly in the MB. If it is and the problem persists download the driver here:
http://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-us
and reinstall the driver. If you need detailed instructions post back.

it may be that its just old and worn out, you may be able to get a replacement.There is 1 here for about £10
