It's on but nothing is happinging
I just got Shiatsu And Vibration Massaging Cushion for my husband for christmas, with money tight this year it was the 1 gift that he really wanted and the one gift i could get. Well today is christmas ,, he opened it up and loved it. we we folloed the instructions and took the screw off of the back on the cushion, before we pluged it in . it sound like it is on and the power button is blue , but as far a that it would do anything. what do we need to do. we got it at fred myer and now i can't find the recipt , so i want to avoid taking it back and having them tell me "we you have to have you recipt sorry you just have to keep this broken chair, merry christmas. Please help me.

Well for starters, it doesn't hurt to keep all of your receipts in an envelope, especially for warranty purposes. I have one of these, and because they cost so much money, I couldn't just leave the receipt lying around.....No-one will take something back these days with-out proof of purchase, so you might want to start keeping your receipts somewhere handy.....I hope this answers your question :)
