I just got it for my husband for christmas, he opened it up , we folloed the instructions by taking the screw off in the back of the unit. we plug it in and it sounds like it turns on --the power button glows blue --we try to push another button and it just sits there and does nothing. what do we need to do? we got it from Fred Myer and with it being christmas and all the recipte is mis place so I trying to avoid taking it back, I don't want my money back i want to keep the unit. Please help!-- my husband really wanted this for Christmas, this was all we could afford this year, and now the 1 gift he got doesn't work. I have nothing else for him.
