When i go to open my itunes 9 on my pc, it opens but its frozen, and it locks up all of other programs on my computer. ive ran anticirus software, ive redownloaded it many times, i've even made a new user account and nothing. It hasn't been working for months now and im fed up. what can i do to fix this? please help!
