Ive a derbi gpr 125 04 right when you press starter button its like it try,s to start but it,s fizzling i think its the starter solinoid its actually came out of its case so it could of got wet is this the problem started day before okay wheather could be probs but not mechanic just put new relay in. please help

First, check all electrical connections are clean and tight including battery and earth connections. Bad connections get extremely hot and loose power, if water is involved could explain the fizzing noise. You could try to start it a couple of times, then feel the connections for excessive heat, CAUTION don't burn yourself !!!
